This policy explains how Qevora Ltd ("Qevora", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data through this website. Qevora Ltd is the data controller for the information described here.
Who we are
Qevora Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17391423), registered office Ty Caer Wyr, Charter Court, Phoenix Way, Enterprise Park, Swansea, Wales, SA7 9FS. ICO registration number [ZA000000]. You can contact us about privacy at [privacy@qevora.co.uk].
What we collect
When you join the waiting list we collect your name, email address, the number of sites and beds your organisation runs, and the systems you currently use. We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, any information about residents or staff.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To contact you about the Qevora waiting list, early access and onboarding.
- To understand the size and needs of organisations interested in Qevora, so we can plan our launch.
- To keep this website secure and fix problems.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to your request to hear from us and running our business. We will not send you unrelated marketing without your consent, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to host this website, store form submissions and send email. They process data only on our instructions and under contracts that protect it. We do not sell your personal data. Where a provider stores data outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep waiting list details until Qevora launches for your organisation, or for 24 months, whichever is sooner, unless you become a customer. You can ask us to delete them earlier.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, email [privacy@qevora.co.uk]. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
